Product Depiction and Specifications
Canvas and frame mock-ups are used in the Print Store to display a realistic likeness of the finished product and should be taken as a guide only. All care is taken to represent items accurately, however, it is important to note that products are individually made to order and we have no control over the rendering of colors on the screen of your specific device. Therefore, finished products may vary slightly in color, proportions or appearance from the images rendered on your screen. This includes natural variations in the tone and wood grain patterns of wood frames.
Pricing
Angie Perlinger Photography reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but commits to apply the prices listed at the time of the order. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added to the order during checkout. Angie Perlinger Photography attempts to be as accurate as possible in the content and pricing. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Angie Perlinger Photography shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Ordering/Shipping
Angie Perlinger Photography facilitates the purchasing of products fulfilled through its relationship with a third-party printer. Purchasing of these products, will constitute your personal acknowledgement that through the manufacturing, printing, etc. of any of the available items is performed by said printer, and that Angie Perlinger Photography’s role is solely to facilitate and support the printer for each order pursuant to these Terms of Sale.
You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. Angie Perlinger Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Your order goes to a professional printer, once your order has been received by the printer they will process and then ship directly to you.
Payment
Angie Perlinger Photography currently accepts payments via the Stripe payments platform. In making a payment, you warrant to us that you’ve read and agreed to the terms of any third party payment gateway or processor or credit provider (such as Stripe), which are available on their respective websites. You understand that these services are provided by third parties, and are made available to you on our website for convenience only. We’re not responsible for any issues, loss or damage arising out of those facilities. If you have an issue with a third party provider on our website, please contact them directly.
Returns
Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction, products sold by Angie Perlinger Photography on www.angieperlinger.com are non-refundable. If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping please contact ProDPI customer service.
